Such Great Heights is an exploration to illustrate what we have been doing our entire lives, boxing things away in our hearts and minds. Whether it is a good memory or a bad event, we place these thoughts into little boxes, categorizing them in lieu of the day we need it again,
I created environments and scenes that would constantly feature a cube/square. To me, the cube represents the most basic form. A building block.
Compelled to fit together, we are so different but yet so similar.
I celebrate this normality that we share, because no matter how much we set ourselves apart, insist that we're special from each other, it should also be a comfort that we aren't all that different after all.
